			<description><![CDATA[Like most of my woodwork, this flight of shelves is made of reclaimed wood.  The posts are reclaimed maple from beams from the old Grayson School in Grayson County, Va. and the shelves and supports are reclaimed American chestnut from an old cabin.  The initial cleanup / straightening / flattening / thicknessing of this wood was a real ordeal due to the hardness and twisting of the maple, and the deep ground in dirt of the chestnut.  But the end result is gorgeous.]]></description>
